For all those of you who vouch for vegetarian biryani and firmly believe that it is a real, and delicious dish, we have some tips for you. With these tips, you can easily make it at home and even chicken lovers will appreciate it.
Marinate your vegetables with yogurt and spices like garam masala, ginger and garlic paste.
Use ghee-fried caramelised onion to add authentic flavour to the biryani.
Use saffron mixed with milk as a moist maker. It enhances the colour and prevents the biryani from being grainy.
Add your favourite vegetables like carrots, potatoes, mushroom, jackfruit or ingredients like paneer or chickpeas.
Make sure you cook in low heat. You will get long grains of rice if you cook patiently on a low flame.
