Vinesh follows a strict diet, avoiding ghee and sweets, and focusing on nutritious, high-protein foods to maintain peak physical condition.
Her breakfast includes fruits, oatmeal, and eggs. Lunch consists of rice, dal, vegetables, and roti. For snacks, she prefers dry fruits and a protein shake. Dinner is light, with soup and salads.
Though rare, Vinesh enjoys her favourite foods in controlled portions on cheat days, aiding her metabolism and mental well-being.
Vinesh is fond of milk and consumes about four to five kilograms of it daily, along with curd.
Phogat steers clear of fast food after a bad experience, sticking to home-cooked meals instead.
