Segredo Aldeia, a rum from the Portuguese tropical island of Goa, is a history lesson in a bottle. Fullarton Distillers produces both a white rum and a café rum. The white one tastes creamy, herby, and peachy. While the latter is a lovely amber that smells like toffee and vanilla and tastes like dark chocolate.

Gladius, a rum mix from the Boutique Spirits Brand that has been matured for 10 years, is exceptionally smooth and mellow, with hints of both fruit and wood. This rum is great for individuals who have never tried rum before because of its distinct caramel flavour, but it may not be to everyone's taste.
