Enjoy a sorbet-like spin on the classic gin cocktail by putting a frozen touch to it – making it ideal to drink slowly on a hot summer evening. Add any flavoured syrup of your choice to boost the flavour and add another dimension.
1 cup tonic water ¼ cup gin 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 cups ice cubes Lime slices, for garnish Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Combine tonic water, gin, lime juice and ice cubes in a blender and blitz on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
Pour the frozen gin and tonic into glasses and garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
