This year, World Chocolate Day will be celebrated on the 7th of July, and what better way to commemorate the day than with a serving of rich chocolate mousse? Here’s a quick recipe for you to try.
1 cup chopped dark chocolate 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream ½ cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave.
Whip the heavy cream using a hand blender till stiff peaks form. Mix in powdered sugar.
Fold in melted chocolate, but don’t overmix.
Transfer the mousse into serving bowls, refrigerate till set, and enjoy.
