Prepare this irresistible chocolate cake that is made without using flour. Not only does it make it less-calorie dense but it tastes absolutely incredible. Here's an easy recipe for you to try:
200g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) 150g unsalted butter 150g granulated sugar 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake tin.
Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
Allow it to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack. Dust with cocoa powder if desired and serve warm or chilled.
