Also known as magic shell, the pool of melted chocolate that is poured over a scoop of ice cream provides a great contrast of crunch and softness. Enjoy indulging in this quick ‘dip’ while fixing up dessert for a crowd and instantly uplift everyone’s mood.
100 grams dark/milk chocolate ½ cup coconut oil 3 tablespoons honey
Chop up the chocolate into smaller shards and add to a microwave-safe bowl along with the coconut oil.
Add the honey and microwave the mixture for 15-second durations at least 3-4 times, until melted.
Serve immediately by pouring over a scoop of ice cream and watch it harden instantaneously.
