Give your desserts a healthy twist with the easy oats-chocolate mousse, which is loaded with flavour and nutrients. Made with a few staple ingredients, this recipe is the ideal way to curb your sweet cravings without sacrificing your fitness goals.
1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Cook oats in milk until soft, then cool.
Blend oats with cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in Greek yoghurt and chill for 1-2 hours.
Top with dark chocolate shavings, if desired.
