A sweet and salty combination of crunchy chips coated in decadent chocolate – this preparation is perfect to add to a grazing platter or simply enjoy when you can’t pick between what you’re craving for. Made using simple ingredients and within a few minutes, the end result surely feels like a treat after a long day.
1 bar dark chocolate 1 teaspoon coconut oil 1 packet potato chips 1 teaspoon sea salt
Break the bar of chocolate into smaller chunks or chop using a knife.
Add it to a microwave bowl along with the coconut oil, and melt using 30-second timers until fully liquidised.
Pick a potato chip and dip halfway into the melted chocolate before placing on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Sprinkle a touch of sea salt on each chip and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before transferring to an air-tight jar.
