If you’ve some tortillas stacked up in the kitchen cabinet, you better put them to good use for breakfast. Make burritos, quesadillas, wraps and more.
Eggs are one of the most commonly-used stuffing for rolls and wraps. Since it’s breakfast, mash them with sausage, bacon and jalapenos and pair with a hot pepper sauce.
One of the most classic ways to use a tortilla is to make a taco. Stuff it with deep-fried avocados, pickled onions and chipotle sauce and enjoy.
These are soft and flat wraps filled with sweet potato cubes, black beans, veggies and salsa. The smoked sweet potatoes lend a delicious flavour to the tortilla.
Take some corn tortillas and slather guacamole over it. Top it with refried beans and garnish with salsa and cilantro. Sprinkle cheese, heat and gobble down.
Ditch the regular pizza base for thin, flat tortilla sheets. Add the same toppings as your favourite pizza but bake for a lesser time to avoid the edges getting burnt.
