15-16 White bread slices 6 Potatoes 2 Onions ½ cup fresh peas ½ cup carrots 1 tsp Cumin seeds 2-3 Green chillies 1½ tsp Coriander seeds 3 tbsp Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Mint leaves ½ tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Chaat masala Salt to taste Oil for frying
Fry the cumin seeds then add the green chillies and onions and saute until soft.
Cook the peas, potatoes and carrots until fork tender and add to the pan along with coriander leaves, mint leaves, coriander seeds, garam masala powder, chaat masala, salt.
Dip each bread slice in water and roll flat. Put a ball of the stuffing in the centre and make a pattice. Fry until golden and crispy.
