Jaggery tea or gur ki chai is a traditional Indian beverage that is prepared with jaggery and warm spices. Here is an easy recipe to make at home.

3/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder 2 green cardamoms, crushed 2 teaspoons tea leaves 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons jaggery powder

Add water to a saucepan along with dry ginger powder and cardamoms. Bring to a boil and add tea leaves.

Bring it to another boil and simmer for five minutes. Add milk and simmer again for 2-3 minutes.

Strain the tea in a cup and add jaggery powder.
