1 large cabbage head 1 cup rice 1 cup shredded chicken 1 finely chopped onion 2 minced cloves garlic 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup tomato sauce

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cabbage leaves to the boiling water. As the outer leaves become soft, remove them with tongs.

Mix together cooked rice, chicken, veggies and spices. Add the filling to the centre of the leaf and roll the cabbage leaf.
