Keep yourself warm during winter with this simple yet delicious pea soup.
1 cup peas, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 sprigs mint, 4 cloves chopped garlic, 1/2 cup milk, salt as required
Boil the peas, cool and preserve the water. Sauté garlic and onions in a pan until soft and brown.
Add the peas and sauté for a few minutes and then cool. Blend the mixture and make a puree. Add milk, mint leaves, and salt.
Allow the blend to boil and garnish with mint leaf and cream. Serve hot with bread of your choice.
