Indulge in a cup of our Moringa Beetroot Soup on chilly winter nights. It's a colourful blend that tastes great and is packed with seasonal sweetness and health benefits. This warm and nutritious winter special is the perfect way to enjoy the season.

1 medium onion 3-4 cloves garlic 1 Inch ginger 1 medium tomato 1 medium beetroot 1 carrot 3-4 drumsticks, chopped and peeled 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp coriander seeds, crushed Black pepper, to taste Salt to taste A few moringa leaves
Add the tomato, beets, carrot, onion, garlic, and ginger to a pressure cooker. Pressurise for four to five whistles. After it cools, filter and grind it into a smooth paste.
Put it back in the pot and turn on the stove. Sprinkle black pepper, salt, and coriander and cumin seeds mixed with ghee on top.
Allow it to cook until it reaches a boil, then turn off the heat and serve.
