Winter Special: Moringa Beetroot Soup for Comfort and Nutrition

Indulge in a cup of our Moringa Beetroot Soup on chilly winter nights. It's a colourful blend that tastes great and is packed with seasonal sweetness and health benefits. This warm and nutritious winter special is the perfect way to enjoy the season.

Ingredients 

1 medium onion
 3-4 cloves garlic
 1 Inch ginger 1 medium tomato 1 medium beetroot 1 carrot 3-4 drumsticks, chopped and peeled 1 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp coriander seeds, crushed Black pepper, to taste Salt to taste A few moringa leaves 

Step 1 

Add the tomato, beets, carrot, onion, garlic, and ginger to a pressure cooker. Pressurise for four to five whistles. After it cools, filter and grind it into a smooth paste.   

Step 2

Put it back in the pot and turn on the stove. Sprinkle black pepper, salt, and coriander and cumin seeds mixed with ghee on top.   

Step 3

Allow it to cook until it reaches a boil, then turn off the heat and serve.
