Warm up winter with this delicious halwa.
250 grams mawa, powered sugar as per taste, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 cup mixed nuts, ¼ tsp cardamom powder
In a pan, take ghee and add crumbled mawa to it. Keep stirring constantly till it becomes light.
Now add sugar, cardamom powder and the mix nuts. Keep stirring constantly till a dough like structure is formed.
Now put off the flame and sprinkle more nuts and enjoy.
