It is the season of ladoos, and we cannot help but crave more and more. Poha are flattened rice flakes that can used to make many snacks like poha and ladoos. They are equally good for ladoos.
1.5 cup poha 1/2 cup jaggery 2 tsp ghee 1/2 cup grated coconut 2 tsp nuts
Dry roast the poha for 4-5 minutes on medium flame and let it cool. Grind the poha and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in pan, add nuts, grated coconut, jaggery and sautee for 3 minutes.
Add the ground poha to the nut mixture and mix well until well combined.
With the help of your wet palms, make small balls while the mixture is still slightly hot. Be careful not to burn your hand.
