Make this healthy and delicious soup for breakfast on winter mornings.
2 beetroots (peeled and roughly chopped), 1 apple (peeled, quartered and cored), 50 gm blueberry, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 300ml water
Put the beetroot, apple, blueberries and ginger in a blender.
Top up with water then blitz until smooth. Pour it a glass and enjoy.
