Create a winter-special Banana Orange Smoothie that combines the sweetness of bananas with the tang of oranges. This easy recipe brings warmth to cold days with its rich texture and seasonal flavours.
1 cup cold milk ½ cup vanilla fat-free yoghurt ¼ cup sugar 1 pinch salt 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented 1 medium banana 4 ice cubes
Gather all ingredients for the smoothie. Pour milk, yoghurt, sugar, and salt into a blender.
Add the peeled orange segments and banana to the blender.
Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
Add ice cubes to the blender and blend until creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
