Chicken soup is a wintertime staple, and for good reason: the warm broth and soft chicken chunks are an energetic and nourishing combination that can help you get through the colder months.

Put onions, garlic, and coriander in a pot and cook them until they are fragrant. Add bits of chicken without bones to the pot, then add chicken broth.
Add herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Let the soup cook slowly so that the flavours can blend. You can add any veggies you want and cook them until they are soft.
For a bright touch, add fresh herbs and a splash of lemon juice right before serving. This will make a cosy and tasty chicken soup.
