Paya soup or kharode ka soup is one classic winter delicacy that helps in keeping our body warm. Its rich nutrient content also help people recover from bacteria-borne illnesses.
Ingredients
2 mutton legs (washed and cleaned)
Salt
1 tsp ginger
3 black peppercorns
3 cups water
1 tsp oil
Ingredients
1 onion1 green chilli½ tsp ginger paste2 garlic cloves½ tsp black pepper powder1 tsp chopped coriander leaves1 tsp chickpea flour
Cook the mutton pieces in a pressure cooker for about 45 minutes along with water, salt, black pepper and ginger. Keep the flame low.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chilli, ginger paste, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked mutton and extract. Cook for 5 minutes.
Now add chickpea flour and cook again for 2 minutes. Your soup is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
