Winter Calls For A Yummy Bathua Paratha

Ingredients 2 cups bathua leaves 1-2 green chillies 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste A pinch of hing 1 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Red chilli powder to taste

Step 1

Wash and boil bathua leaves in water till they wilt.

Step 2

When boiled properly, strain the water and keep the boiled bathua aside.

Step 3

Meanwhile, take wheat flour and add spices to it. Add water and boiled bathua.

Step 4

Knead a dough. Also, add ghee to make a smooth dough. Roll the parathas and cook.

Step 5

Serve with raita or chutney. Enjoy!
