Enjoy the Nutrient-Rich Goodness of Homemade Plant-Based Crackers

These homemade crackers have a great crunch and are made with healthy plant-based ingredients. Each bite combines flavour and nutrition for a guilt-free eating experience.

Ingredients

1 cup organic sprouted pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup whole flax seeds 1/3 cup sesame seeds 2 tbsp psyllium husk sub ground flax 1.5 cups boiling water 1 tsp salt 

Step 1 

To begin, set the oven temperature to 315 degrees Fahrenheit. Wrap a baking sheet in parchment paper.  

Step 2

In a bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Combine by adding the hot water and whisking until smooth. Spread thinly and evenly over baking sheet. 

Step 3

For an added kick, top with everything bagel seasoning (optional). To make crisps, bake for 40 to 60 minutes. After an hour of cooling, break into pieces. Keep in an airtight container!
