A delicious Indian sweet called kalakand is easy to make with just three things: condensed milk, paneer, and a bit of cardamom. When you follow this easy recipe, you're sure to get a rich treat that tastes like traditional festive treats.

½ cup condensed milk 300g paneer 1 tbsp ghee

Melt the paneer crumbles in a saucepan with the condensed milk. Cook for five to seven minutes over low heat.
After 5 or 6 minutes of cooking, add the ghee and continue cooking until the mixture begins to pull away from the pan edges. Moving the mixture to a container lined with parchment paper is the next step.
Chill for at least two hours before slicing. Pistachios and almonds make a nice garnish, but they aren't required.
