Looking for a quick dessert without refined flour? This no-maida cake is the perfect answer! Made with healthier ingredients, it’s a guilt-free treat that’s ready in minutes.
Combine 3 tablespoons of oat flour, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of honey or jaggery, and a pinch of baking powder in a microwave-safe mug.
Stir the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth batter forms. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the cake rises and sets.
Let it cool slightly, then check with a toothpick. It should come out clean. Garnish with nuts or chocolate chips, and enjoy your warm, instant dessert!
