Coffee, black tea, energy drinks etc. contain stimulants which can increase the feeling of anxiety and restlessness.
Such foods contain high unhealthy fats and preservatives. They can lead to inflammation and can affect the emotional state.
Alcohol is a depressant which can impair judgment and affect decision-making as well as decrease inhibitions.
Spicy foods can lead to temperature increase and can trigger a physical response like “fight or flight” reaction.
High-sugar foods like candies, chocolates etc. can lead to fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Thus, these should be avoided.
Foods high in refined carbohydrates, like pasta and pastries, can lead to rapid spikes and drops in the blood sugar levels.
