The star cricketer Hardik Pandya is known to be one of the fittest players in the Indian team. Here is the diet plan he follows every day. He focuses more on protein-based foods to incorporate energy for his intensive workout routine.
For breakfast, Pandya prefers lots of fresh fruits and nuts. Boiled eggs, bread and shredded chicken are also part of his morning meal.
The Indian cricketer eats a wholesome lunch which includes roti, salads rice, dal, veggies, curd, papad, pickle and coconut water.
Hardik’s evening snacks options include tandoori chicken sandwich, mutton wraps, fruitcake, cookies, tea and coffee.
He ends his day with vegetable or fruit salad, yogurt, steamed rice, chicken makhani, dal, roti and different paneer dishes.
