Malla, as she is lovingly called, starts her day with some warm water and ghee along with a variety of nuts.
The star usually has her last meal by 7 and then fasts for 16-18 hours before eating her next meal in the morning next day
Malaika believes in having balanced, home-made wholesome lunch, which has dal, chawal, roti, sabzi and protein too like chicken or fish.
Yoga and working out regularly has been a constant part of Malaika's daily routine.
One thing that Malaika loves to indulge in is her favourite Malabari fish curry.
