The man, the myth and Indian javelin thrower legend Neeraj Chopra has brought fame to India with his latest win of Gold Medal in the World Athletics Championship. A Javelin thrower mustn't have a body fat percentage greater than 12. A 10 per cent body fat percentage is kind of perfect for a Javelin thrower and Neeraj tries to keep it at that level. Here's all the things that Neeraj Chopra includes in his diet!

Neeraj begins his day with replenishment from fruit juices or coconut water.

His breakfast includes 3-4 egg whites, bread and fruits, that fuel his energy for the day.

He has curd and rice, pulses, salad, grilled chicken and sometimes, salmon fish. He was a vegetarian till 2016 but now adheres to his non vegetarian diet to accommodate his sporting activities.

He ends his day with a meal of soup, boiled vegetables and fruits. He likes to keep his dinner light.

Neeraj Chopra enjoys Churma (a Haryanvi dessert made of crushed roti, ghee, and sugar) and many other types of sweets. The athlete also likes to eat Golgappa (Panipuri) on his cheat days.
