Red wines are dry and high in tannins and are paired with heavier meals like steak, pasta, pizzas and burgers.

White wines have a fresh, tart and crisp taste and are paired with lighter dishes made with poultry, seafood and fish.

Rosé Wine

Rosé is low in tannins like white wine with a fresh and sweet flavour. It can be paired with snacks and fruits.

Sparkling Wine

Sparking wines are carbonated wines rightly nicknamed 'The Bubbly'. Champagne and Prosecco are well-known sparkling wines.
