We’re Going Ga Ga Over This Garlic Chutney Recipe

Love punchy accompaniments? Then you would love this thick red and delish chutney made with garlic, red chillies, cumin and lime juice. Pair with roti, rice or any sabzi and enjoy. 

Ingredients

1/2 cup garlic peeled 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Roasted cmin powder 1 tsp Lemon juice As required Salt 

Step 1

In the small mixer grinder, add ½ cup peeled garlic, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp roasted cumin (jeera) powder, salt to taste, juice of 1 lemon. 

Step 2

Put the lid on, turn on grinder to pulse mode for a few seconds to bring all the ingredients together. Then open and add a little water. 

Step 3

Grind to make a smooth paste. Lahsun chutney is ready. Store in airtight jar and pair with parathas and vadas.
