2 cups fresh tuna, chopped 1 cucumber, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 1 cup lettuce, chopped 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped ½ cup dill leaves, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 1 tsp olive oil 2 tsp sesame seeds Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 1/3 cup yoghurt 1 tsp lemon juice
Place the cucumber, onion, carrot, lettuce and herbs. Mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, add the tuna and saute. Add salt to taste and one teaspoon of sesame seeds.

Once the tuna pieces turn pale, transfer them into the bowl with the veggies.

In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt, salt, pepper and lemon juice together.

Add the yoghurt dressing to the Tuna Salad, mix well and serve with more sesame seeds on top.
