Heat oil in a pan
Beat egg, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Spread it on the pan evenly. Cover and cook for a minute.
Add the boiled boneless chicken, cheese, and lettuce leaves. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Fold and flip the omlette. Cook the other side properly.
