Savor the flavors of gluten-free Quinoa Dosa, a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional dosa. Packed with nutrients and easy to make, it's a perfect choice for those following a gluten-free diet.
1 cup quinoa 1/4 cup urad dal 1/4 cup moong chilka 1/4 pink masoor 1 tsp methi dana Salt Water to adjust the consistency Olive oil or ghee
Rinse the quinoa and lentils 2-3 times and then Soak with water for 4-5 hours. Now blend it. The dosa batter consistency will be like pancake batter. (Not runny)
Now keep it in the oven, (microwave or any warm place) overnight for fermentation.
Now take 1 bowl, add fermented batter, salt and water to adjust the consistency. Preheat a dosa tawa on medium to low heat.
Pour 1-2 ladle and evenly spread and pour ¼ tbsp oil around the corner. Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
Before making the next dosa, lower the heat and wipe the pan using wet paper towels.
