Ingredients:   1 cup pineapple (finely chopped)   1 tbsp lime juice   1 tsp cinnamon powder   Black salt, to taste   Method:   Blend pineapple pieces in a blender. Add cinnamon powder, lime juice, and black salt to it, stir.

Green Tea With Mint

Ingredients:    1 tbsp green tea leaves/1 tea bag   4-5 mint leaves   1 cup hot water   Method:   Bring one cup of hot water with mint leaves to a boil Add green tea leaves and let them soak for 5 minutes.   Strain and pour.

Ginger And Lemon Juice

Ginger protects and heals the gut, fastens the movement of food through the gastrointestinal tract, and reduces bloating and cramps. 

Ingredients:    1 inch ginger root   1 tsp of lime juice   1 cup water   ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder  Method:   Cut ginger in small pieces  and blend with water. Add lime juice and roasted cumin powder to the blend. Stir well before drinking.
