Weight Gain: Make This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

There are so many people trying hard to gain weight but all their efforts are going to vain.  If this is your case, try making quick and healthy banana and peanut butter smoothie that can work like magic when it comes to weight gain!

Ingredients

¾ cup milk 1 banana 2 tbsp peanut butter ½ tsp cinnamon powder Ice  

Step 1

Take a blender and add banana and peanut butter to it.

Step 2

Add cinnamon powder and milk to the blender. Mix well.

Step 3

When done, serve in a glass and enjoy!
