Know how to make delicious and healthy chicken salami at home with this easy-to-follow recipe. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or as a standalone snack.
450 gms boneless chicken Coriander leaves Half handful of mint leaves 3 green chillies 1 tsp red chilli flakes 5 pearl onions 10 cloves garlic 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp butter or oil 1 1/2 litre water 2 square-shaped aluminium foil sheets
Assemble all the required ingredients. Clean, wash, dry, and chop the boneless chicken into small pieces.
Take all the ingredients and blend them into a smooth paste.
Transfer the chicken mixture to a plate. Divide it into two portions. Wrap each portion tightly in a square-shaped aluminium foil sheet.
In a cooking pot, add water to boil. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low-medium flame for 30 minutes.
Remove the wrapped chicken from the pot and allow them to cool completely. Refrigerate for 24 hours or freeze for 3 hours.
Unwrap the foil sheet. Slice the chicken salami into thick or thin rounds as desired. Enjoy it as a snack or in sandwiches.
