Chia pudding, made with overnight soaked chia seeds, is the most delicious breakfast option that you can opt for.
As healthy as oats is, add a tablespoon of chia - soaked or dry, and make it healthier. Dry chia also adds a little texture to the oatmeal.
Chia seeds is also a great salad topping and not just limited to sweet food items. Pour it on top of your avocado, salmon or fruit salad.
The best way to consume chia seeds if you want to lose weight is to soak them overnight and have them first thing in the morning.
