Kids are always active and vivacious. Most of the time they burn energy which exceeds what they consume. Besides, in these summer months, they tend to become dehydrated. Thus, it is essential to include appropriately supplied food to make the kids going. Take a look:

Watermelon

It is delicious and refreshing. Owing to its high water content, they remove the toxins from the body and keep us hydrated. 

Cucumber

In summer months, cucumber salad is a common slight in Indian homes. They are rich in fibres and prevent constipation, besides, cooling the body.
