This light and refreshing version of the classic Moscow mule is perfect to sip on those hot summer nights. Make it at home with this simple recipe.
⅔ cups watermelon chunks 45 ml of citrus vodka 1 juice of lime wedge 120 ml of ginger beer Watermelon wedges and mint leaves for garnish ice cubes
Add the watermelon chunks to a blender and puree until smooth.
Strain the juice and discard the pulp. Place it in a cocktail shaker with vodka, lime juice and ice.
Cover and shake until well combined. Strain it into an ice-filled copper mug.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with a watermelon wedge and mint sprigs. Enjoy.
