Made with fresh watermelon puree and heavy cream, this creamy and refreshing ice cream is sure to delight your taste buds.
4 cups chopped seedless watermelon 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt
Take watermelon and puree it in a blender until smooth. Now in a pan, add heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir it nicely and cool it down. Now mix the watermelon puree with the cooled cream mixture.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or a bowl and freeze accordingly.
Keep it for at-least 2-3 hours, until it becomes firm. Garnish with watermelon cubes and enjoy!
