Since summers are in full swing now, the temperatures are rising gradually and to beat the heat, one needs to keep oneself hydrated for long. 

In such a case, preservative-free natural juices and drinks can be suitable. Or else, you can eat these summer fruits directly to retain maximum water content. 

Watermelon 

The fresh, melony summer fruit is packed with 90% water content and is perfect for summer. Moreover, it contains amino acid which is good for the immune system. 

Peaches 

These fruits have anti-inflammatory properties that make them ideal for keeping the stomach cool during summer. They contain about 88% water content. 

Strawberries 

Keep the bad cholesterol in check and a great source of Vitamin C, potassium, folate and fibre, strawberries are an ideal summer fruit to consume. 

Pineapple
