Who doesn’t love French Fries? Adding desi flavours to them brings a unique twist with vibrant spices and exciting textures.
These are classic French fries seasoned with a mix of Indian spices such as chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Top the fries with a spicy and tangy pav bhaji mixture. Serve it with chopped onions, fresh coriander, and a dollop of butter.
Another option is to top the fries with rich and creamy butter chicken gravy. Tender pieces of chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices, go into a tomato-based gravy. Add a drizzle of cream.
Here, the fries are mixed with diced boiled potatoes, chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies, black salt, dried mango powder, and cumin. Add sev and tamarind and mint chutneys.
In this version, top the fries with marinated paneer cubes, grilled with bell peppers and onions.
Top the fries topped with spicy minced meat (keema) cooked with onions, tomatoes, peas, and spices like garam masala, coriander powder, and cumin. Serve this with a side of a yoghurt dip.
