Try having smoothies pre and post workout. It cools you down.
Add cooling ingredients like mint and cucumber to your regular smoothies.
Add more and more water-rich content to your diet like tomatoes.
Have yogurt bowls as a post workout meal with good fats like nuts and dried fruits.
Do not go directly under fan or AC after working out. Have a couple glasses of water after catching your breath.
