This winter soup can help you fight against the seasonal diseases.
3 garlic cloves, pinch salt & pepper, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup maida, 450 gm mushrooms, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 cups vegetable broth, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 cups water, 1 tsp soy sauce
Slice half of the mushrooms and chop the rest of it. Add the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a sauce pan.
Sauté over medium heat until the mushrooms have turned dark brown. Stir and cook for about two minutes more.
Now, add the broth and water. Keep stirring till the flour dissolves. Simmer the liquid till the flour thickens the broth.
Stir in cream, add soy sauce and serve hot.
