Relax with a bowl of warm tomato basil soup. You can make a delicious sauce by sautéing onions, garlic, and ripe tomatoes, then blending in some fresh basil and seasoning it to taste. Enjoy a mug of this hot and tasty drink.

4 ripe tomatoes ½ cup fresh basil leaves 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 4 cups vegetable broth Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, around 10 minutes.

Add vegetable broth and fresh basil leaves. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Blend until smooth, then season with salt and pepper. Serve warm and garnish with extra basil. Enjoy your tomato basil soup on a warm evening
