Warm Chai Smoothie For Chilly Winter

This warm smoothie is full of healthy fruits and spinach along with the right amount of spice inside.

½ cup spinach, ½ cup brewed tea, ½ cup coconut milk, ½ pear (cored and peeled), ½ apple (cored and peeled), 1 date, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ inch ginger root, ⅛ teaspoon ground cardamom

Ingredients

Blend spinach, tea and coconut milk until smooth.

Step 1

Next, add the remaining ingredients into the mixture.

Step 2

Allow to blend for 3-5 minutes, or until very hot.

Step 3

Heat up the blended smoothie in the stove or microwave.

Step 4

Transfer into glasses, garnish and serve immediately.
