Step 1 

Soak 16 cashews in warm water for 15-20 minutes. 

Step 2 

In a blender, add soaked cashews, 120gm paneer, salt, pepper, garlic cloves, and lemon juice. 

Step 3 

Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed. 

Step 4 

Adjust seasoning and consistency as desired. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. 

Step 5 

Use this delicious and healthy mayo as a spread or dip for sandwiches, salads, and more!
