Millets are healthy and can replace wheat if you are experiencing an allergic reaction to gluten. The task is to make soft roti with millet flour like ragi. Follow this short guide.
2 cups ragi flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp ghee 2 cups water
Heat water with some salt. Don’t let it boil.
Add ragi flour and combine it with water using a wooden spatula.
After leaving it for 5-8 minutes, knead it into a dough using a tablespoon of ghee.
Take a small portion of the dough and press the toasted sesame seeds on it.
Roll it into a flat and thin disc. Roast it on a tawa and make your regular roti.
Spread ghee on the roti and enjoy soft ragi roti at home.
