Want To Make Fried Rice? Try This One-Pot Recipe

Are you someone who wants to cook but does not want to stand in the kitchen for hours? Well, here is your solution. This one-pot fried rice recipe does not take time to cook and can be done in just one pot. Here is how to make it:  

Ingredients

1 cup soaked rice   1 ½ cups water   2 cups mixed veggies   ½ cup paneer   1 tablespoon vegetable oil  

Ingredients

For The Sauce   3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce  2 tablespoons light soy sauce  2 tablespoons vegan oyster sauce   1 ½ teaspoon black pepper   salt to taste 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste.  

Step 1

Wash and soak rice in water for about 30-40 minutes.  

Step 2

Wash and finely chop all the veggies.  

Step 3

Take paneer and cut it into cubes.  

Step 4

Mix all the sauce ingredients and keep aside.  

Step 5

In a pressure cooker, add the soaked rice along with finely chopped veggies, cubed paneer, water, vegetable oil, and the sauce.  

Step 6

Mix well all the ingredients.  

Step 7

Put the cooker over medium flame and close the lid.  Cook on medium flame until 2 whistles.  

Step 8

Open the lid and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!
